Yes, if I am a stub router and if I want to advertise the routes as "D" and
"D EX" in my routing table , to my HUB, I would use "eigrp stub leak-map" .
here, the leak-map points to the ACL pointing to the "D" and "D EX" routes
in my routing table.In this case , you can say that stub router can
provide the transit path.
