Hey Almog,
Don't panic. Cisco require you to pay 28 days out or they drop your seat and
make it available to anyone.
At *most* testing locations you can get a seat for most tracks in the next
few weeks as a result of this. It doesn't hurt to swap with someone as
you're doing, but if you're prepared to fly a bit I reckon you have a high
chance of getting an August date.
