You will find an exam seat within 28 days from your requested day.
I booked my last CCIE RS exam, air ticket , and hotel before 36H in RTP.
Even Cisco did not print my name on a sticker, it was somebody else name and
my name was in blue pen hand writing color.
My recommendation is to be ready as much as you can to give your exam in
August. Starting from 1st Aug, you will find seats from people that did not
pay before their 28 days.
