About frame-relay inverse-arp

Hi,folks:

The requirement is that you should not permit dynamic DLCI learned.
I know it means turn off frame-relay inverse-arp mechanism.
I add "no frame-relay inverse-arp" interface command.and it works fine.

My question is that do i need to add "no arp frame-relay" interface
command,and what's the differences between the 2 commands.

Another question,if i add "no frame-relay inverse-arp" command in the physic
interface,I don't need to type it again in the logic-subinterface of the
same physic interface. Am i right?
