Subject: spanning tree diameter

Hi Group,

Diameter keyword in spanning-tree configurations on a switch automatically
sets an optimal hello time, forward-delay time, and maximum-age time for a
network of that diameter.

Any clue on what calculation is done on the background to calculate the
parameters?

Thanks,

Naseer
