The command is there at least in 2600s, but it's not a global command,
it's an if level command.
The "old" way makes some designs imposible to implement because
of the binary nature of inside/outside if configuration.
This just relaxes that so you can have NAT rules no matter what ifs
are involved.
As we are customary driven, I guess most will continue to use
inside/outside unless the extra flexibility is needed, for a while...
