I havent seen where you have created a mapping for the primary to
secondary VLANS???

You need to create that for the setup to work correctly. Something like this:

interface Vlan912
 description Pri.VLAN Primary
 ip address 10.7.6.1 255.255.254.0
 private-vlan mapping 901 902
