OSPF point-to-multipoint

I have tried to research this and lab it up, but I can't figure out the
answer. I think I must be missing something.

Frame Relay hub and spoke with one subnet. R2 is the hub, R1 and R3 are the
spokes. There is no layer 3 to layer 2 mapping between the spokes. R1 and
R3 are set up as OSPF network type point-to-point. R2 is set up as OSPF
network type point-to-multipoint.

The spokes are not able to ping each other. (frame maps to each other are
forbidden).

I look at my routing table and I see that OSPF has given me a /32 route to
the hub. I also have a /24 Connected route to the frame-relay subnet. I
understand that the /32 route is part of the whole point-to-multipoint
thing, but should I also get a /32 route to the other spoke which is
advertised by the hub? Otherwise I don't see how I can get connectivity
between the spokes.

I've labbed this up on dynamips and on real equipment. I've used a p2mp
subinterface and a physical interface and get the same result. Please help
me see the error of my ways!
