WEIGHT (local only to your router) used to tell your bgp router which
paths to a specific prefix are better
  
LOCAL PREFERENCE (AS wide attribute) Sets preferences on prefixs,
another attribute to select best path to a prefix or AS
  
MED (Used for entry points to a diff AS) should be used on the
gateway routers between to AS's with multiple entries...sends hints to
preferred gateway
  

COMMUNITY (allows only specific AS's to be injected bgp wise to a
differnt as)
