weight is only when you want to influence your own router decisions
local preference is when you want to change decision in of routing in your
AS from your local router
MED is like metric so you can influence your neighbor routers
COMMUNITY is not mush of active attribute but it is more marking attribute
and you use it to color your choice of prefix's and you can use it later to
filter or other (similar to tagging)
