I don't think your problem was the "ipv6 enable" or not under the loopback
interface. Some older IOS's still might need that command.
You said summary-address -is that what you used instead of summary-prefix?
Your configuration below worked in my lab. It is a good idea though to use
route-maps with "redistr connected" to filter which interfaces you really
wanted added to the ospf database.
