Hello Brian,
1) PVC status on the lcoal router is active
2) the remote end has its FR main interface shutdown.. this should have stirred the local PVC status to go Inactive, but its not doing that.. it stays active..
um using dynamips 0.8.0-RC1

Also as a side note if you shutdown a subinterface the DLCI should still
remain active which means the remote subinterface will not go down.
