Srinivas,

           For example, In ATM the connections are dynamic and the Hello
packets will be sent only over established connections. Therefore, the
non-broadcast option needs to be used in conjunction with the
neighborcommand. The command can also be used when connecting to
non-cisco routers
over NMBA.
