Hello,
I haven't used ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast, but I
think you need to use this command when you want you use neighbor command.
Because neighbor command can only be configured in non-broadcast network.
One use of neighbor command is with option cost to assign metrics to routes
from different neighbor.
