Hi,

This is rather of topic but I was wondering what sort of response test takers have had when they requested some support from to vendors whose Work books they are using. Are creators of the lab scenarios forth coming with answers to reasonable questions.

Are they willing to assist people regardless of if they bought the work books or do they respond better to people who attend their bootcamps/classes?

They are not charity organizations & running a business so clearly expectations will vary depending on how they operate. I'm just wondering whether they place a limit on the extent of assistance they are willing to offer.
