Cisco late Monday confirmed that it is still experiencing problems with its
Cisco.com Web site, portions of which have been inaccessible to customers
and
visitors for most of the day.
NetworkWorld.com readers began reporting problems accessing Cisco.com at
around 11:15 a.m. ET Monday. At 1:35 p.m. Cisco issued this statement:
"Earlier this morning, Cisco.com experienced some issues that impacted
access
to certain applications on the site. Currently, Cisco.com is accessible and
we
are in the process of conducting a thorough investigation to determine the
cause and full impact. We thank our customers, partners and other site users
for their patience."
