Hi Everyone:

I have a lab scheduled for 13th Dec in RTP but due to some customer urgent issues, I will not be able to take the lab on Dec 13th. As you know the CCIE lab will charge you if you drop the lab within 28 days.Is it possible to swap my lab date with someone without being charged for lab. Are there any other options. Please let me know.
