Navid,
you set it up on a client side, any value you wish in interface
configuration mode for your DHCP interface by *"*ip dhcp client*
*client-id hex 123abc" for instance.

Then you do a manual binding on a DHCP server side for this value.

*ip dhcp pool your-dhcp-client-router*

*host 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0*

*client-identifier abc123*

*etc*
