I wouldn't request a re-read... I was in the same scenario with
what I thought to be a 78 for my score (1st attempt). It was a long a
painful wait to get the results and there wasn't even a new score
report, just an email message mentioning that my score hadn't changed...
Consider the percentage of people that do pass on re-reads and compare
that to the amount of people that get within that last 5 points of 80
for their score. I think that the lab is engineered in a way which
makes those last 5% points the most difficult to get. I was within the
5 point range each time I took the lab and finally passed on 4th
attempt.
That being said, on my 4th attempt I really knew my S#$^ and
knew I passed when I was walking out of the Lake Building. This being
your second attempt, don't sweat it... Just review your notes
(hopefully you took good notes), study the sections you were weak on,
and make yourself better.
Also, be honest with your score... try and figure out which
questions you got wrong in each section and focus on them. Sometimes
the score report can seem cryptic, but there is some logic to it. If
you got a 33 on a 3 question section, that means you got one of 3 of
those questions wrong. Cross reference this with your notes and You
should be able to deduce the questions you got wrong. This will help
you fill in your knowledge gaps, and that is the key to passing...

I agree about the re-read, just be prepared to wait 7 weeks or more for
the
results.
