I can relate. In my last attempt this month, I was also dismayed my the
"word puzzles" aspect of the exam. Despite this problem, and getting one of
those "reread the question" answers from the proctor, i left the exam
feeling I had passed, only to get the dreaded score report the next morning.

I'm not quite sure how one prepares for the ambiguities in questions, or how
to determine the permissible alternative solutions, especially when it
involves changing pre-configured settings. I hope to get answers to these
questions from here over the coming months (at least three) before heading
back to the lab exam.
