IPV6 +link-local address

Hello all,

I'm doing ipexpert lab 11, advanced ipv6 routing.
It's about ospfv3 and mpbgp for ipv6.

I can see in answers of ipexpert, they use link-local addresses almost
everywhere,
on all fastethernet and Serial interfaces,
and in some cases I really think it's not neccessary.
On fastethernet interfaces why don't they just make neighbor adjacencies
with
normal unicast ipv6 addresses?

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
