Ben,
        You just need to use the Active Rack Support System as the normal
support queue isn't monitored and phone isn't answered on the
weekends. The information regarding the Active Rack System is in
every auto-reply email send to support@internetworkexpert.com. In
fact it was even in the email you forwarded to me directly ;-)
