I would start with Doyle's. Wendel Odom's book have 2 very good chapters on
Mutlicast.
I heard Williamson is Good, but haven't got a chance to look at it.

Honestly speaking, I find the Doc Cd configuration guide and command
reference very good also and sufficient along with Odom's.
