This is what Jason wrote when I asked the same question 3 days back:
Remember IPv6 addresses are in HEX. So you need to break each digit
down by 4bits. So for the 0x12 and 0x25, you have:
0001 0010 = 0x12
0010 0101 - 0x25
Lamine, you should work in HEX rather than DEC, cos IPv6 addresses are in HEX.
