The correct summarization would be
2001:141:1::/58
You need to see the address as an hexadecimal address in order to be able to
summarize and remember that you can eliminate any preceding zeros. So the
addresses
2001:141:1:25::/64
2001:141:1:12::/64
are exactly the same as
2001:0141:0001:0025::/64
2001:0141:0001:0012::/64
It is obvious that up to 2001:0141:0001: both addresses are exactly the
same, that makes 48 bits so to know the correct summarization convert the
next 16 bit part from hex to binary
0025
0000 0000 0010 0101
0012
0000 0000 0001 0010
count the bits that match for both addresses, that is ten bits out of the 16
possible for both networks.
so 48 bits from the first three parts and 10 from the fourth makes the /58
summarization
