Eigrp distance command not changing the distance

I am wondering why the distance command below has not effect on the distance
on the eigrp routes...I have clear ip route and clear the eigrp neig...any
idea?

It works when I first issue it, but never work again when I tried add the
standard option for specific route.

I am running Cisco IOS Software, C3550 Software (C3550-IPSERVICESK9-M),
Version 12.2(25)SEE
