how to save the config file in dynamips

My Dynamips was installed on the Linux machine. After I made some configuration on the simulator, I want to save it to nvram by "wr mem". However, when I restarted dynagent, the router only started with the initial configuration. The nvram file in the working directory doesn't seems to be updated by looking at the time stamp of the file. Could someone tell me how I can save the config file in Dynamics?

I have workingdir defined in the net file globally and initial config file defined under each router instance.
