If you don't change the 'cnfg' option on the
router, it will load the file indicated on that
line. You need to either comment the 'cnfg'
option out, or change it to the 'nvram' file.
i.e.,
[[Router r1]]
model = 3640
console = 2001
slot0 = NM-1FE-TX
slot1 = NM-4T
F0/0 = sw1 F1/1
S1/0 = FRSW 1
#cnfg = /<path-to-init-configs>/<initial-config-file.txt>
