I would say it depends on the question you are being asked. I would
take care of any un-used DLCI thru no inverse-arp or other ways (depends
on static mapping or dynamic mapping) even the question does not
specifically ask me to do that. It is just a good practice to do that.
Some scenarios, the extra DLCIs can actually cause problems in your
connectivity if they are not "taken care of"
