Hi Roberto,
Line 2 is summarizing networks 10.150.0.0 - 10.150.127.255. That
includes network 10.150.12.168/31.
My best shot at it would be that the more specific summary gets
suppressed due to the existence of the 10.150.0.0/17 summary.
