Summarization at area border

Hi Friends,

I'm having an issue, playing with the "area range" command and here is
the thing:

router ospf 1

 area 0 range 10.150.12.168 255.255.255.254 cost 1000
 area 0 range 10.150.0.0 255.255.128.0
 area 0 range 10.150.190.0 255.255.254.0
 area 0 range 10.150.128.0 255.255.192.0 cost 1000
 area 0 range 10.150.192.0 255.255.248.0
 area 0 range 10.150.200.0 255.255.255.0
 area 0 range 10.150.224.0 255.255.224.0 cost 1000

When I verify the summaries being advertised to the other areas I see
all summaries with their corresponding costs, except for the first
summary. Any idea or any restriction applies?
