pls read previous emails.
you DO NOT NEED to activate split-horizon for EIGRP.
IT IS ON per DEFAULT.
due to that fact you cannot see any outputs by means of "sh runn".
If you do need and change the default e.g. HUB-SPOKE
you can see your change in running config
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk365/technologies_q_and_a_item09186a008012dac4.shtml#twelve
BTW
the deafult setting is almost hidden.
Thus, if you do see any "split-command" in "sh run"
you have changed the default...

mariam.tatevik,How are you#!
If i remembered the correctly, the ip eigrp split-horizon has been
disabled on Frame-relay interface by default, isn't it?
Refer to:
I did configure "ip split-horizon eigrp *" on my frame-relay interface, but i
did "show run" and "show ip interface...", nothing indicates this command has
been enabled. My IOS version is latest 12.4(12). Is it a IOS problem? Or by
using some hidden eigrp command?
Because i do know there is a couple of hidden command relating to EIGRP
