The event-window in your scenario keeps track of the last 7 most recent
events, and if any 4 (because of the of the error-threshold 4 command) of
these 7 events are failures, then the line protocol of the sub-interface
will go down. Whereas, for the success-threshold counter, the number you
configure must happen in a raw for the line protocol to come back up.
