Understanding "frame-relay end-to-end keepalive" command

From the above link, I tried to understand the
significant
of the following commands but I could not :

 

map-class
frame-relay olga frame-relay end-to-end keepalive reply frame-relay
end-to-end keepalive error-threshold receive 4 frame-relay end-to-end
keepalive event-window receive 7

 

 

 

I am not getting the concept
behind receiving the
err-threshold , also I am not able to understand the
event-window keyword and
what the number 7 represents here.

 

 

I will
appreciate any input on this
