Remember, he is talking about running PPP on that serial interface, when you
run PPP the serial interface does not have an IP address.
To configure PPP on frame, you need to create a virtual-template and assign
an IP address to it and then tie the virtual-template to the frame-relay
interface (P2P or Multipoint).
