If those are literally the addresses which he is intending to use,
rather than doing some strange thing with NAT or whatever, I'd be
recommending that he didn't do this. For the sake of renumbering 20
machines, unless there is some compelling reason why he can't, it's an
awkward workaround when there maybe a better way to do things.
Assuming there is a good reason for doing this, why does he want to?
I'm intrigued.
