An Update to question:-
That guy has updated he question me:
He is saying that you can use any technology or router in between the switch,but:-
He wants to Browse 192.168.0.1 host on Floor 2 from a host 192.168.0.1 on Floor 1,he is kind of daring me now to give the solution now,lol.
