Pinging in multicast

Hi GS,

I have a slight problem with multicast. R3 is configured with three ip igmp join-groups to it's loopback0. R3 is also the AutoRP. R2 is connected to R3 via the serial interface and R4 is connected to R2 via the LAN interface. R2 is the mapping agent. When I ping the first two groups from R4, It times out but when i ping it again, it succeeds. When i ping the last group from R4 it succeeds the first time. Does anyone know why i am having this problem and how i can rectify it? Also will i loose points for this in the lab?
