RE: EIGRP hop count

Group,
the reason why I was trying to increase the hop-count of specific
prefixes was that I was trying to stop the router advertising them
without using any filter list: this was the request. So i thought to set
the hop-count to max which means unreachable.
I don't know if it is possible to do the same with the EIGRP compound
metric; I tried to set the metric to the max possible value but still
those prefixes were advertised. So I guess that EIGRP has not such a
thing as unreachable metric value
Thanks,
Luca
