IOS ver for 3560 switches

Iam currently working on multiprotocol labs and i seem to be having some
issues with IOS on my switches (especially in multicasting) .I would like to
know what is the IOS ver Cisco would be using in the Catalyst Switches for
the R&S new lab.

Any specific recomendations??
