Sorry but the point is why you need to manipulate it? EIGRP does not take
into route selection or unreachability judgement, nor does it take hop count
as other kind of reference. So why bother? If you die hard want it you can
set your bandwidth to a unique value to all participating interface, and set
an appropriate K value to make your metric to 1 for each hop. Then you can
use offset-list to change it as you want. But... anyway, if you die hard
want it why not use RIP?
