It is refering to the sub points. i.e., you see 1.1 (2points) 1.2 (3
points) 1.3 (3 points).
If you make a small mistake in 1.1, you will lose 2 points. If you can get
1.2 and 1.3 out as requested, you can still score 6 points for this section.
Of course the question within one section will be highly corelated, and the
first question is usually the most basic one. Thus if your .1 is wrong,
most likely your following section will have problem now and then and cost
you a lot of points.
