In the past during my tenure with BigBlue I was able to get a locksmith to set 70+ (master) padlocks to an identical set of key ( you would not like to hand-off 70+ or so set of keys!!! ).
This was for a POS kiost station but it should also work for AP.

Have any of you used any padlocks for Cisco APs located in public areas? If
so, could you share the model number/company you bought them from? I'm
looking to purchase a couple hundred, but not sure what type to get.
Preferably a keyed lock.
