From the way the blueprint appears to be laid out, they're treating it like
an "equal" protocol. Which means that OSPFv3 and RIPng fall into the same
"IGP" category as RIP, OSPFv2, EIGRP do.

That may make it a touch more difficult to reverse-engineer your score
report, but kinda-sorta makes sense. :)

Does anybody know which category IPv6 falls into? Is it IP/IOS Services, IP
