Hi Zafer

I think this is correct as a general rule, but if we are requested to match
a class B address and it was subnetted. for exp you have been requested to
match class B addresses including 131.20.10.0/24.

i think the below rule will not work. we have to use 128.0.0.0/2 le 32.
