Matching Class A, B and C traffic

Dear all

How we can match Class A,B and C traffic using an Access-list and
Prefix-list.

For example, i think we can match class C ( i am not sure, i need anbody to
confirm) using

access-list 10 permit 192.0.0.0 31.255.255.255
ip prefix-list 192.0.0.0/3 le 32
