Yes,
you have to raise a call at your service providers help desk and let
them check that
your PVC is configured correct end-to-end.
If you are the service provider ;-) I would check if the frame-relay
switch has
the correct configuration on the correct serial interfaces. I often have
such problems
when I set up a new lab and have to add and delete new PVCs... Maybe
there is
a little typo anywhere in your config.
