Ian,
I found the meory stick that is giving me the problem. The router won't boot with this stick when it's in either bank. The other 3 sticks will boot from bank 0 and 1 respectively. But I am not able to boot from bank 0, 1 and 2. Although either one of these sticks will boot from bank 0 and 1. Below is the output of a good boot as well as the bad one. Also the bootrom info. What do you suggest?

What boot rom version are you running? Have you tried the
two sticks you took out of bank 2 and 4 in bank 1 and 3 to
ensure they are good. If so then suspect a boot rom version
issue.
