 Hello,

 Here is my understanding of this issue: the agent and the responder must
first establish a control connection to eachother's UDP port 1967, before
the actual udpEcho requests/responses can start to flow.

 By adding the "control disable" at the end, the agent will send the UDP
packets regardless if the responder is available or not.
