Dear All,
I configure a router in lab in order to broadcast udp packets with
destination port 3434 I do the following configuration:
rtr 1
type udpEcho dest-ipaddr 255.255.255.255 dest-port 3434
frequency 10
rtr schedule 1 life forever start-time now
!
but when debuging the router is sending udp traffic but on different port (
port 1967)as shown:
Rack1R6#debug ip packet detail
Oct 14 13:21:42.591: IP: s=174.1.67.6 (local),
d=255.255.255.255(FastEthernet0/0), len 80, sending broad/multicast
*Oct 14 13:21:42.595: UDP src=56472, dst=1967
I dont know why, do I miss something ?
